Below you can watch some videos showing how to roll boilies using some different kinds of our boiliemachines and our boilieguns Nr. 4/5.
There are many discussions about boilie machines and everybody has his own opinion as to how a boilie machine should look and work. However, don’t just rely on the opinions of others
A boiliemachine with only 30 cm or 40 cm length of rollers cannot be compared to that with longer rollers like ours (with a lenght of nearly 50cm), it´s not able to turn out the same volume of boilies.
We have decided to publish some videos, showing our boilie machines "at work". The pace/speed you can see is real pace, -- not forced, like it´s to see in many other show-tapes.
In our videos the way our devices work is quite easy to see. By rolling with our boilie-maschines no boilies jump on the rollers, the dough-sausages are very quickly "eaten".
The first video is about rolling boilies wit a boiliemachine of column "Pt 1) -Kombi-Benz-".
The second videotape was made by a customer who has been producing boilies for many years using one of our 2er "Kugel-Benz-Machines" (Boiliemachine Nr 6). He made a video-tape in 2006, just for fun, and later sent it to us.
You can also look at some videos of rolling baits with machines of column "Pt 4) -Profi-Benz". Producing with boiliemachine nr 14 we rolled 10 kilograms of 16mm boilies in about four minutes, by using a normal fish-mix .
In addition you can watch some videos of "Business-Benz" - baitmakings (including the most important details in input and output !) --- with really "perfect" results -- in speed and roundness ,
and at last a short video of one of our bigger boilieguns, a "Top-Gun" 4/5, by using our so called "Front-Valve".
Please note : Maybe the following videos are not in best quality, because we are only fisher-men, not film-producers ...

Please watch the videos below - a perfect technique, no noise to hear, and the sausages were "eaten" in optimum-speed for rolling boilies, not too fast/not too slow --> the result : "perfect" boilies !
