The "Profi-Kugel-Benz" :
A machine with long (48cm) and big rolls, which can produce very round boilies

You can´t see it in this picture, but we made several changes to our "normal" Kugel-Benz-Machines. All these changes were made in order to improve the circular shape of the boilies as well as making the process of rolling boilies more convenient.
All "Profi-Kugel-Benz" - Machines are much bigger and much heavier than our other machines in Pt 1 - Pt 3. The cover extends to store a large quantity of dough-sausages.
The weight is about 45kg, the lenght of the big rolls rolls is 48cm ! The dimensions are about 75/35-40/35cm :

The result of rolling baits -- saleable boilies, really very round:
You only have to use a good dough and the exactly right diameter of sausages -- then you will produce very, very round boilies !

This type of boiliemachine is the same like Nr 14, only it is built with interchangeable engine:
You buy one boilie machine with engine, any subsequent machines (for rolling different diameters) can then be bought without an engine, even at a later stage ...

By controlling the speed of both rolls with two engines and two frequency controllers you can optimize the result in roundness !
Shurely there are more then a million mixes, which can be used for boilie-production. No boiliemachine all over the world can roll the same result for all these different kinds of mixes ...
But using this machine and it´s two frequency-controllers you can vote the machine to nearly any kind of dough or mix !
