How to order a boiliegun or a boiliemachine :

Ordering a boiliemachine is only possible per e-mail or fax.

Please include all the informations about the desired boiliemachine plus all the customer details (adress and delivery-adress). This way mistakes can be avoided.                                                                    It´s not possible to order a boiliemachine by phone.

 Boiliemachines : 

1.  Please mail, which kind of machine you would like to buy . We also need the diameter(s) of  your boiliemachine(s)

. 2.  We need your full name and the exact delivery adress (it would be good to add your phone-number, sometimes this is important for sendings) .

If you´ve got a company/business vat-nr please mail it.         We will have to check if everything is right -- after this you can substract 19% vat from our selling-prices. 

 3.  We will mail our standard-confirmation of order/purchase agreement to check all details (especially name/adress/dia-meters etc ... --> this is very significant, because later we will build and send your machines in order of what is written in this agreement). Afterwords please sign it and send it back. 

You can fax it back , scan and email it, or return it by post.
Unfortunately the agreement is still written in german.  Sorry , we´ll translate it later when we get the time ...
We will also include our bank account details for the money-transfer and our fax-number 

 4.  You can choose to either transfer a portion of the balance - a minimum of 400.-€ -, or the entire amount 

 5.  When we receive the signed confirmation and the payment your order will be actioned.                                                        We need  both of these items , before we start building your boiliemachine. We build all machines in strict rotation.      

Once the final remittance has been paid and the machine has been built, we will send it to you.

Please note: We would prefer to have the invoice paid in full, so that we can despatch the machines immediately after production. We then don´t waste time trying to chase up the customer once his order is complete. However, a part-paying is not a problem and the final decision rests with you.

We need about 2-4 weeks to complete your order, but it´s always depending on the order-situation.                             Sometimes maybe we can build it faster, sometimes we need a few weeks more ...
