Boilieguns by "Boilie-Benz":
We don´t offer plastic-guns, our boilieguns are built out of aluminum and cast-iron. The materials and manufacturings-costs are more expensive - but they are much more solid, more stable and much longer-lasting ! We think that plastic-materials are not suitable for pressures of 4-6 bar ...
Fundamentals:
A really good gun is made out aluminium and it´s easy to fill. It should be able to manage at least 4 kilograms of paste, not only 1-2 kg.
Nearly all manufacturers suggest that the outside diameter of their guns should be 10 cm. Inside this, you only have about 8.5 to 9 cm to fill, and some of the smaller guns only 5 or 6cm Filling such guns is rather difficult and not really at all convenient ! The outside diameter is irrelevant. It´s only the inside diameter of the gun which is important.

Top-Guns Nr 1-3:

The smallest model is about 50 cm in lenght, the biggest gun is about 75cm long. All Guns are built with 12cm diameter, the inner diameter is exactly 11 cm, the construction units are made from aluminium or cast-iron.
There are no "loading" problems as there are with the guns with smaller inner diameters. Filling of dough is much more comfortable compared to other guns.
All "Top-Guns" are build to the highest standards, drawing our long-term experience. The guns are really lightweight, and are also easy to use: Pushing the valve forward ensures, that there is pressure on the dough, by pushing the valve back, the gun is vented.
You can also order a "double-valve" and a disc made for only one nozzle (available for Top-Gun 2 and 3). A "double-valve" enables to regulate the speed of the sausages coming out of the boiliegun. This is very convenient by using base & stick and a conveyor :

The standard hole-discs are made out of cast-iron, suitable for using 1 nozzle or for using 6 pvc nozzles (one disc is included, seperate disc in addition = 18.-€).

Giant Guns:

Top-Guns Nr 4-5:
These new designed boilieguns are most suitable for a boilieproduction with a boilie-machine, base and a conveyor belt.
Top-Gun 4+5 are built with a "double-valve", which enables to controll the speed of the sausages coming out of the gun. The nozzle forces the dough sausage on the conveyor. The sausage can then be directly rolled into one of our boiliemachines.
You can choose discs for grey nozzles or for yellow nozzles (one disc is included, seperate disc in addition = 25.-€).
These "Giant Guns" are very easy to fill, the inner diameter is 15cm.

1. Front-Valve:
A disc for pulling back the inner piston with a special valve to use air-supply. (There´s a video about this to see in column "VIDEOS ROLLING BAITS")
With this valve it is more easy to push back the piston instead of using a stick. It´s helpful for our Top-Guns 4 and 5 (not necessary for Top-Guns 1-3)

3. Base & Stick: .

4. Oil-Spray:
The piston should be lubricated by some (baking-) oil, so that it can be moved more easily. You can also use other oils, but this is the best:

Operating Instruction / Users Manual for our Boilieguns:
1. Put the Gun on a pedestral
2. Open the upper screw
3. Fill the Gun with paste
4. Put the disc with nozzles/tops on the pipe
5. Completely (!) close the upper screw-connection
6. Couple the compressor hose (pressure approx. 3-4 bar)
7. Open the air-supply, to force the pressure into the paste
8. Press out the dough-sausages
9. Release the pressure from the Gun
10. Uncouple the Gun before fillin it with more paste !
11. Put it back onto the pedestral again
12. Open the upper screw
13. Push the piston back (f.e. by using a wooden stick)
14. Then begin again, starting point 3.
Please note:
Dont´t give pressure on the inner piston, when the gun is not filled with paste! The piston should be cleaned from time to time. Also it should be lubricated by some (plant/vegetable-) oil, so that it can be moved more easily :
