A good investment ?
Producing good boilies is much more cheaply than already is mentioned. Readys by "normal" quality are currently sold by about 7 - to 10 - €, sometimes up to 15 - € per kg.
Selfmade-boilies, which costs are about 2,5o - 3,oo € per kg, can be compared to a readymade by at least 10 - € per kg.
This is a fact, please note :
Wages, social security contributions, business-costs, insurance, packaging, dealers surcharge, distribution, advertising, depreciation and other associated costs (such as heating, telephone, rent, etc. ..).
All these costs must be added to the pure price of ingredients. The price made by a seller of readymades may be ok, but you can save most of costs.
Savings of about 4 - to 8 - € per kg boilies are easily possible by a home-production. In addition you can roll much higher quality of your baits - as high as you think it´s necessary !
After you have rolled about 150 kg with a medium-sized machine, you have already deserved the price of your boiliemachine. Up to then you get a profit of at least 5 - € per kg boilies you roll in future ! ---> In addition you are owner of a machine, which is only little to lose in value ...
Rolls :
Boilie-Benz rolls are made from best ( but unfortunately also the most expensive ! ) material. PE, PP,PA or PVC are not suitable ! For example PVC, usually offered in dark or grey full-bars, is not weather-resistant. It is quite stiff, but only very limited in strength, it´s bleaching and it´s soon falling brittle.
Several disadvantages also adversely affect the availability of other plastics.
We want our rolls remaining forever - not breaking pieces out of it after two or three years. If this would happen your boiliemaschine would loose a lot in value ...
The plastic we use is characterized by a very large hardness and rigidity, highest pressure, highest density ( much higher than PP, PE, PMMA, PPE, PSU etc ), greatest strength by best smoothness.
Unfortunately the material-price is much higher than buying PVC, PE etc ...

Ce- Indication :
- Boiliemachines powered by engines have to fulfill all regulations of the low-voltage guideline and also the regulations of the machine direction line.
- All defaults and standards of the electromagnetic compatibility must be kept. Older engines without CE-indications are not longer permissible and partially dangerous !
- Covers have to accord DIN EN 294. etc.…
These are only a few of those editions to be considered…
After an examination and / or an investigation we have got the conformity appraisal procedure planned into the EEC guidelines, for all our boiliemachines.
After noting specified rules like above, and by noting the advices of the LGA, you can get the so-called " EU-Konformitätserklärung".
Before all rules like above are not attendet, and before the " EU Konformitätserklärung " is not made, it´s not allowed to sell a boiliemachine with engine !
